Arnica Montana a flowering herb commonly used in herbal medicine. It has been used in traditional medicine for centuries.  Scientific research and clinical studies have supported several potential benefits of arnica, particularly on Anti-Inflammatory effects, Pain Relief, and Osteoarthritis Support. It contains Helenalin , a compound with a strong anti-inflammatory property.

Marjoram a Mediterranean herb from the mint family. This extract significantly reduces inflammation markers through inhibition of prostaglandins and COX-2 key players in inflammatory process. A 2010 study published in the journal of Ethnopharmacology evaluated Marjoram’s analgesic activity and found significant pain reduction in central and peripheral responses.

Frankincense a resin from the Boswellia Serrata tree. Frankincense reduces pain and swelling through several scientifically backed mechanisms that Inhibits 5-LOX and COX enzymes, cutting off the synthesis of pro-inflammatory leukotrienes and prostaglandins. It reduces joint pain and swelling, particularly in osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.

How To Use?

Cleanse the skin: Ensure the area is clean and dry. This helps with better absorption of the balm 

Application: Apply over sore joint

Gentle massage: After applying the balm, using your hands, gently massage into the joint area and allow balm to penetrate deep into the joint 

Absorption: Allow time to absorb into the skin

Regular Application: For best results use 2/3 times a day. 

Consistent use: Regular and consistent use of the balm helps in managing the pain and discomfort
