1.    Cleanse your skin. Start with a clean face. Use Havens botanical cleanser to remove dirt and makeup  

2.    Apply a toner to help balance your skin’s pH and prepare it to absorb the oil more effectively

3.    Apply your moisturizer

4.     Dispense 2-4 drops of your oil into the palm of your hand

5.     Gently press or pat the oil onto your face and neck, avoiding harsh rubbing.

6.    Use your fingertips or a facial roller to massage the oil, upwards in a circular motion and absorption.

7.    Use morning and night
