The founder

Hello, I'm Niamh.

I'm the founder and formulator of Haven. I'm an aromatherapist and a certified Pilates instructor, and since 2016 I've trained in natural formulation with Formula Botanica and in aromatherapy with the Robert Tisserand Institute. I'm still studying, because this field keeps moving.

That mix gives me a mind and body approach to skincare. I make natural pain relief and skincare products from botanicals, essential oils and healing plants, formulated to support the body inside and out.

Every product is made by hand, in small batches, using sustainable and ethically sourced ingredients that nourish the skin and respect the planet.

We're open about what goes into each formula. The ingredients are on every label, and the Joint Balm's full list sits on our homepage, all nineteen of them.
